Shipping & delivery
CaniDale currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and carrier availability.
Yes, free shipping may be available for qualifying orders or promotions. Any active free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when supported by the selected carrier.

Payment & Refund
CaniDale accepts major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Shopify-supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. CaniDale does not store or have access to your full payment details.
Your payment is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items).
Certain items may be non-refundable, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged products not due to shipping issues
These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
